What Makes These Programs Unique?

  • Workshop format - In house, workshop oriented implementation sessions held between two and three hours a week. No cost of travel and it can be integrated into the daily work schedule.
  • Practical Applications - Between sessions, participants will put to use and test the concepts and goals that were discussed and established during each session.
  • Built-in motivation - Since one of the key elements of the program involves the integration of personal goals with company goals, the participants will want to learn from the program because they will receive direct personal benefit through the realization of their personal goals.
  • Evaluation - Extensive pre and post evaluations are conducted at no additional cost. Besides traditional testing, three evaluation meetings will be held one month, four months and ten months after the program has formally ended. The purpose of these meetings is to inspect progress towards goals and answer any questions that may have arisen following the program.
